Making it A.R.T.
This is a Reach Inclusive Arts production
End of Project Performance
Wyvern Theatre, main stage, 12th February 2010
Reach projects aim to engage local people into community projects through participation in the arts. We work in a minority sector of the community supporting the vision and excellence of disabled people. This project is working with a wide range of young people who attend local schools, some of these sessions fall outside normal school time and some take place with young people who will leave full time education in the near future. This performance will be the culmination of all the work devised, produced and finally performed by all the participants from this project.
The contributing schools are:
• Commonweal School
• Crowdy’s Hill School
• Uplands School
Reach Inclusive Arts are hosting an ‘Opportunities Fair’ in the lower foyer of the Wyvern Theatre, Swindon. This is to provide all those taking part and those watching the performance with the chance to find out from stall holders about other inclusive arts and leisure activities that they might like to join and that take place in and around Swindon. This fair will take place from 12pm onwards.
The performance will begin at 1.30pm and finish at 3pm. Parents, careers staff and pupils will all be encouraged to attend.
Reach would like to invite your organisation to provide information about your activities and to be available, if possible, to talk about your work to those people attending this event.
