No Description The Musicians Benevolent Fund has launched the 2009 version of its Young Talent Awards.

Instrumentalists and singers aged 18 years or under are invited to apply for an award of up to £1000. Last year more than 100 young people benefited from awards and almost £90,000 was distributed.

Closing date for applications is June 12.
