Ok so it’s nearly Christmas but I’ve still got a few more creative meetings about our Finale,The Search for Swindon’s Soul. Today I saw the first draft designs of the key costumes for our Wind Lord – that’s Jake, our Wind Gatherer – Korim and our aierial artists. I’ve spoken to a couple of local skateboard experts and it feels as if the ball is well and truly rolling! So far everyone I’ve approached for help has said “yes”, I wonder if I will able to maintain that statistic? Next week I have a research and development session – a r&d for those in the biz ;0) on the narrative and characters and a site meeting about set design and construction. I’m still troubled by the chicken and egg nature of the budget though… Bit worried, as is normal with a Helen project, that my vision will far outweigh my avaiable resources!!
