Omanye Traditional African Drumming & Dance are holding an afternoon of drum and dance at Abbey Meads School on Sunday 21st March 1-5pm and invite everyone with or without experience.

Nii Ayitey Armah – dancer, choreographer and Master Drummer from Jamestown, Ghana, now living in Wiltshire. Ayitey has toured extensively in Europe and the U.S.A with the highly respected Kakatsitsi Master Drummers from Ghana and also The African Showtime Dancers, performing for Sir Bob Geldof, Prime Minister Gordon Brown & HRH Prince Edward. Swindon is fortunate to have the opportunity to learn traditional music and dance of West Africa with Nii Ayitey.
