Hey Cupcakes,

Our beloved Auntie Millin will be setting sail for the land of sausages and tasty bread (Germany is responsible for some seriously good sandwiches) for the immediate future, meaning that The Dacoits will be applying the brakes for a little while, as the drive from Berlin to Great Coxwell is a bit of a bitch for a Monday afternoon practice session. You can turn that frown upside down though girlfriend, as we’re in the midst of working out a European tour for next year and there’s plans for a few shows around Christmas. Which gives you a few months to prepare for the ensuing chaos.

The good news is that we still have one gig left before our own little blonde ambition of a drummer dons his lederhosen and departs English shores to realise his lifelong dream of joining The Scorpions and doing the whistling bit on ‘Wind of Change’ every night.

Saturday the 10th of September is going to be the last shout… By now you probably know how Team Dacoit likes to build the anticipation, but let’s just say that we’ll be taking the stage of our spiritual home of The Vic in Swindon with some good friends that we’ve met on our adventures over the years. So as much as I’d normally hesitate to use the phrase ‘get involved’, that is exactly what we’d like you to do.
