*O2 Academy Oxford- I am currently being trained by the managers at the O2 Oxford Academy as a rep & duty manager. Duties include: Sorting the money for the riders, buying rider, liaising with tour managers & other reps, liaising with crew, security & box office. Writing up AAA passes or guest passes. Updating Sp files, settlement sheets, paying acts & invoicing merchandise at the end of the night.
*Swindon MECA- Front of House/Artist Liaison- Swindon MECA (Music Entertainment Cultural Arena)
Assisting the artist liaison & working front of house. Artist liaison duties include, catering for artists & keeping to the scheduled times. Front of house duties include checking tickets & answering any queries patrons may have.
*Swindon Bowl Concerts- Artist Liaison/ Stage Manager- Swindon Borough Council
These are 5 concerts which take place in Swindon May- August. I shall be artist liaison & stage manager throughout. Duties include- making sure the performers are on & off stage on time, seeing to the artists & dealing with any requests they may have.
*Summer Breeze- Artist Liaison & Stage Manager-Summer Breeze Festival
I was artist liaison & stage manager of both the Acoustic & Bar Stage at this years Summer Breeze Festival. Duties included- keeping to the strict timings, making sure the two stages run smoothly & liaison with the artists & technical crew.
*Party on the Hill- Artist Liaison & Stage Manager- Party on the Hill (POTH)
A festival which was organised to raise money for the Forces. I was artist liaison & stage manager for the bar stage. My duties included organising the line-up times on the day, making sure the stage ran smoothly & acts all had an equal amount of time to play. Sticking to curfews, making sure the acts where catered for & running the stage to the times I had decided.
*Big Arts Day- Artist Liaison & Programming Manager’s Assistant -Big Arts Day
Involved with the programming, sending registrations/insurance forms, attending meetings, liaising with bands & their managers & programming the acoustic stage line-up. Artist liaison & point of contact for the acoustic stage on the day.
*Sound Number Two Edit Stagecoach Productions
I worked as a sound number two for Stagecoach in Oxford for their production of Sweeney Todd & Arabian Knights.
As well as helping with the get in & get out during Sweeney Todd i was in charge of the radio mics. Duties included, making sure they had enough power, dealing with any problems with the mics & swapping radio mics between the students during the rehearsals & the shows.
Duty during Arabian Knights was operating sound & operating cues both for the rehearsals & the final show.
I also was in charge of the radio mics for Stagecoaches own production call ‘Beyond the Blitz’. Duties included were similar to those as Sweeney Todd.

I am the organiser of the 'Half Hour Sessions @ Riffs' which takes place most Wednesdays. This involves searching for two local bands & one out of town band before inviting them to come & play Riffs Bar. Other duties include deciding the line-up order, keeping in regular contact with the artists & dealing with any problems which may occur.
