Julieann is a sculptor, theatre designer and environmental artist. She has extensive experience of working with schools and communities on designs and artwork for interior and exterior spaces, is passionate about creative learning and is an invited member of the Making Learning Irresistible group.
A Visual/Arts & Business selected artist, she is one of 150 artists nationally selected by a panel including experts from Arts Council England, the Tate and Ikon Gallery as an assurance of quality, artistic merit and suitability for commercial environments.
Artist in residence for a year to Wiltshire LEA, Julieann has also contributed to international arts and education projects at the Victoria & Albert Museum, London and is a member of the freelance education team at the Holbourne Museum, Bath.
Recent public commissions have included a mosaic plaza, designed and made in collaboration with pupils from Everest Community College and Lead Artist on the Beggarwood Park Masterplan in Basingstoke, redesigning a large, multi use urban park.
Julieann makes willow and wire sculptures to private commission (she is known locally for her willow and wire hares) and runs one day workshops from her woodland studio near Devizes. Please visit her website www.woho.co.uk
