Helen Ganberg

Artistic Director/ Choreographer
Helen trained at The Laban Centre and then qualified as a secondary school dance teacher. Her first job was teaching Dance and Drama in a Devon School also leading Primary Liason in local schools. She set up Devon School Dance Association. In 1996, Helen moved to Swindon to take up the role of Senior Dance Education and Access Officer at Swindon Dance- a national dance agency. Helen became an independant dance artist in 2006, founding Swerve Dance Theatre Company( a professional performing company) and Skedaddle Dance ( a particpatory dance co) Helen has recently taken up the role of Key Stage 2 dance co ordinator in Swindon. She continues to lead training for the Wiltshire and Swinon LDA, as well as in schools
